You will receive a notification on email or whatsapp message that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been packed and shipped. Most orders take anywhere from 4 to 7 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
In some cases, backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible. -
We’re happy to share that shipping is now absolutely FREE on all orders, whether prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD)!

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please email us at orders@thelittletrunk.com within 7
calendar days of the estimated delivery date to report the issue. We’ll be happy to look into it and assist you further.However, if the tracking shows the order as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, we are unfortunately unable to take responsibility or offer a free replacement. In such cases, any reshipments or replacements would be at the customer’s expense.

If your tracking shows that the package was returned to sender, it typically means the shipment was either unclaimed or the delivery address provided was incorrect.
In such cases, once the package reaches us, we can arrange to ship it out again. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply for resending orders that were unclaimed or returned due to an address issue.
